You'll find a frozen treat to satisfy everyone's craving, including non-dairy and sugar-free flavours. Try it in a scoop or in a milkshake.

Our kiosk in the Byward Market is packed on sunny days so please be patient and you will be rewarded with our refreshing ice cream.

The popular mix your own flavour destination. We'll fit as many scoops as we can, then top it off with warm hot fudge, butterscotch, strawberry & vanilla swirl, nuts, whip cream and the final supreme touch ~ cherries!

Gaylea soft serve old school cool is now available! Your choice of softly whipped Vanilla, chilly Chocolate or Twist it up just right! The soft serve ice cream is not our home-made recipe it is Gaylea's premium soft serve from the Ottawa valley. ~ yes indeed, still Canadian ~ eh!
